The Ceremony

*New Ceremony Time: 5:00PM
*New Location: The East Beach West (EBW)

Due to an unforeseen City of Santa Barbara event on the East Beach, the ceremony will be moved to East Beach West(EBW) and begin at 5:00 p.m.  The new wedding location is at the far end of the EBW parking lot (see map below).  You can get your pass upon arrival and use it here too. 

At the conclusion of the ceremony, we will exit the EBW parking lot and drive to the parking lot on the opposite side of the Cabrillo Pavilion Arts Center.  It’s called the East Parking lot. The entire East parking lot is reserved for our wedding party.  You may park there once you have purchased a parking pass.  It will not be open to the public and will be attended.  If we run out of spaces in the East lot, we will also reserve parts of the EBW parking lot, closest to the venue for your convenience.  

Also Please Note:
As the wedding is taking place on the beach and in the sand, feel free to be in your bare feet, bring extra sandals or water shoes, wear heel guards or whatever makes you comfortable.    

There will be some seating.  We plan to make it available first to our most senior family members, our most senior guests and to anyone physically challenged.  Please seat yourself accordingly.  Those of you standing…just know you’re all our Best Men, Maids and Matrons of Honor!  

Parking Passes

*Parking Pass purchases due no later than July 3.
*Passes can be picked up at the venue (not mailed)

If you haven’t purchased your parking pass, we strongly encourage everyone to do so.  The cost is $12.00. The venue is on the beach, there is no street parking available and it is patrolled by parking enforcement.  

You may pay online here and reserve your pass today or you may also send your money by mail to:  Simone Poingsett, 100 North Clark Drive, #201, West Hollywood, CA 90048. However, no later than Friday July 3, 2015.  You will get your parking pass once you arrival at the wedding location. It is valid for the entire day. 

The Reception

The reception immediately follows the ceremony at the Cabrillo Pavilion Arts Center.  Seating is open except where family tables are reserved.

Accommodations

We have one King reserved room available at the Harbor House Inn.  It is just a half block from the beach.  It is for Friday and Saturday night $255.00 per night.  We also have one King room at Pacifica Suites, It is a very nice updated two room suite with breakfast included.  It is for Friday and Saturday night, $255.00 per night.
